1. Who the controller is
Language. This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version of this notice is the binding one, and in case of any discrepancy between the two, the Spanish text prevails.
Hueyi Group, S.R.L., domiciled at Av. Roberto Pastoriza 457, Torre Villa Palmera Business Center, Suite 804-A, Ensanche Piantini, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, Dominican Republic, is the controller of the personal data you provide through this site.

2. What data we collect, and what for
When you write to us through the contact form or on WhatsApp, we collect only what you give us: name, company, email address, telephone number if you provide one, and the description of your enquiry.
That data is used for one purpose only: to answer your enquiry and, if you engage us, to run the engagement. It is not used to send you marketing, it is not added to mailing lists, and it is not used for profiling.
If at any point we wanted to send you communications other than the answer to your enquiry, we would ask you separately and you would have to agree expressly.
3. Cookies and audience measurement
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to know how many people visit it and which pages they read. That tool sets cookies in your browser and records browsing data —pages viewed, time on page, device type, country and source of the visit— which Google processes as a measurement provider.
Measurement is configured with advertising features switched off. We have disabled Google signals and ad personalisation: your browsing data is not used for advertising targeting or commercial profiling, and it is not combined with the data you provide through the form.
We do not use that data to identify you. If you would rather not be measured, you can block cookies in your browser settings or install the opt-out add-on Google publishes for this purpose; the site works the same either way.
4. Who can access it
Your data is handled by the Hueyi Group staff involved in answering your enquiry or running your engagement. We do not transfer to third parties the personal data you provide —through the form, by email or on WhatsApp— unless you consent in advance or a competent authority requires it under the law. The audience measurement described in section 3 is separate from this data and is not combined with it.
Data you entrust to us in the course of an engagement is additionally covered by the duty of professional confidentiality that governs our work.
5. Your rights
At any time, and free of charge, you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you, and learn how it is used.
- Correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask for its deletion when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
- Object to a particular processing.
To exercise them, write to info@hueyigroup.com identifying yourself and saying what you are asking for. We will reply within the ten business days the law provides.
If your request concerns documentation from a professional engagement, we may be required to retain it for the period imposed by tax, accounting or anti-money-laundering rules. In that case we will tell you so, citing the provision that requires it.
6. How we protect it
We apply technical, organisational and security measures to prevent the alteration, loss, unauthorised consultation or use of your data. Access is limited to the people who need it for their role.
7. How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we keep your data for as long as needed to answer it and to evidence that it was answered. If it does lead to an engagement, it is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods the applicable rules require.
8. Legal framework
This notice is governed by Law núm. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic. In particular:
- The duty to inform you of the purpose, the recipients, the identity of the controller and your rights, under article 5, paragraph 3.
- The requirement that your consent be free, express and informed, under article 5, paragraph 4.
- The duty to adopt security measures, under article 5, paragraph 5 and article 13, paragraph 2.
- The ten business day period to correct, delete or update, under article 8.
- The right of access, under article 10.
- The rules on transferring data to third parties, under article 28.
9. Changes
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this same page with its date. The date below shows which version is in force.
